Description

​​​​We are looking for a Digital Content Manager to join our team and support the efficient setup, management, and launch of website content and campaigns.

In this role, you will work closely with international digital and marketing teams to ensure that content is published accurately, efficiently, and in line with brand guidelines. You will contribute to the smooth execution of digital content operations while continuously improving workflows and processes.

You will also be part of an environment that is evolving its digital infrastructure and ways of working, helping teams adapt to new tools, processes, and content management approaches.

This position is ideal for someone who combines strong attention to detail with a passion for digital content operations and process improvement.

What you´ll do

• Content setup & launch. You manage the setup and publication of website content and campaigns, ensuring everything goes live accurately, efficiently, and on time.

• Content operations. You execute day-to-day content and data management tasks, translating briefings into well-structured and correctly implemented website content.

• Quality assurance. 
You review and test content before launch to ensure accuracy, consistency, and alignment with brand guidelines.

• Optimization. You continuously improve content performance and structure across front-end and back-end systems.

• Troubleshooting. When issues arise, you investigate, resolve, and coordinate solutions to keep content delivery running smoothly.

• Workflow improvement. You identify opportunities to streamline processes and make day-to-day content operations more efficient.

• Cross-team collaboration. You work closely with digital, marketing, and technical teams to ensure smooth coordination and execution.

• Documentation. You create and maintain clear documentation such as playbooks, templates, and content requirements to support consistent workflows. What success looks like
